VP of Membership
Dear potential new members,
My name is Annika Kieper, and I have the privilege of serving as the Vice President of Membership for Delta Gamma this year! The Delta Sigma chapter of Delta Gamma is so excited that you are interested in Formal Recruitment here at Auburn University, and we cannot wait to meet each and every one of you!
I remember feeling overwhelmed as I approached Recruitment, but I strongly encourage you to find your home away from home in one of Auburn’s 18 Panhellenic chapters. Whether you are excited for this new adventure, or overwhelmed with nervousness, we hope that you will feel welcomed and encouraged to be yourself here at Delta Gamma.
Delta Gamma has provided me with a diverse community of women with varying interests, skills, and backgrounds. They inspire to me be the best version of myself as they work to carry out our motto, "Do Good," in everything they do. I am truly grateful for the friendships and positive experiences I have formed within Delta Gamma and in the Auburn Panhellenic community.
Please take more time to explore our website to learn about our sisterhood and involvement on Auburn’s campus.

Hey Potential new members!
My name is Savanah Fowler and I have the pleasure of serving as Chaplain of Delta Gamma’s chapter at Auburn University. I remember the excitement, and the nerves of recruitment week like it was just yesterday. Recruitment is one of the most challenging, yet rewarding weeks of your life!
I am praying for each and every one of you! It’s really easy to get caught up in the newness of everything and the stressors of the week, but I pray that you find peace in knowing that you will end up exactly where the Lord wants you to be. I encourage y’all to find a time each day to breathe and find rest, but also remember to have fun because the week flies by with classes starting soon after!
No matter what happens, rest in the fact that you are so loved, and your letters do not define who you are. I wish each and every single one of you the best of luck, and I cannot wait to meet y’all.
An insight on the new member period for potential new members and their families.
Dear potential new member and their family,
Delta Gamma offers a rich heritage based on principles of personal integrity, personal responsibility and intellectual honesty. Your daughter is not only joining an organization thats primary purpose is to foster high ideals of friendship, promote educational and cultural interests, create a true sense of social responsibility and develop the finest qualities of character, but also joining an fraternity that will be an amazing part to her college experience here at Auburn University.
Once accepting a bid from Delta Gamma, your daughter will enter a six week New Member period, where she is guided by our New Member Team and our New Member Committee. This period will entail weekly meetings to learn more about Delta Gamma, its history, and chapter life at Auburn. New members will have the opportunity to participate in fun activities to meet other sisters and other members of the Greek community. In addition, our New Member Team hosts game nights, bible studies, study groups, and other bonding activities to help create a strong friendship with our chapter’s newest members.
If you have any questions, please feel free to contact our New Member Team, which is listed below. They would be happy to answer any questions you or your family has about Bid Day, the New Member period or the fraternity.
On behalf of Delta Gamma, we welcome you to our amazing sisterhood!
The Delta Sigma Chapter, Delta Gamma
Dear Potential New Members,
My name is Nikki Williams and I am from Atlanta, Georgia. I am so excited to be serving as this year’s Director of New Members for Delta Gamma. I cannot wait to meet all of you and see how you acclimate into sorority life. It is going to be such an amazing journey and I am so happy that I will be there cheering you on!
As the Director of New Members, I have the privilege of teaching you all about our amazing sisterhood and the history of Delta Gamma. I know that joining a sorority in college, whether you are a freshman or not, can be very overwhelming. My hope is that I can be there to make your transition a little easier. I will be there as a friend, a shoulder to cry on, and most importantly a sister to lean on whenever you may need it. Soon, you will get to experience your first swap, social, formal, and for some of you even your first time living away from home. I hope that during these times you will find solace in the fact that you will always have a familiar face to see.
Delta Gamma has given me so much and it has truly helped shape me into the person I am today. I have been shown what it is like to have true friends that will always be there for me in good times and in the bad. I am so grateful to the sisterhood that I am a part of, and I pray that you all will find everything I did and more in this fraternity.
We have all been working so hard to make the New Member period as memorable and as amazing as possible! I cannot wait to see all of your faces on Bid Day, running home to a place where you will always find comfort in!
Delta Sigma’s New Member Team consists of three, amazing women who work to showcase our fraternity values to the chapter’s newest members.
